The Escaped Prisoners are lvl 215 RK mobs in Milky Way. They drop parts for the "Cloak of the Reanimated" back armors, as well as a nice Adventurer pistol, Shade weapon, and +nanoskill boots. There is also an Elite daily mission to kill a specific prisoner, which is the fastest & easie...
