The other screenshot is up to 4 pages now, so maybe it'll be easier to browse if we have a separate thread for LE-related screenshots.

After all, we're all going to be posing in mechs pretty soon. :)

Good idea, everything dedicated to LE in this thread. Please post some pictures of the BS and AI missions as I have not seen either of them for real except the videos that leaked onto the net and they had no aliens.

Turns out that mech vs. player pvp does not work very well... mechs have a ton of hp, but they do poor damage against players, and get hit quite hard...

Well, at least the pre-order mech. I'm sure there are other mechs that are devastating to players on foot...?

Guess that will be fixed in a patch soon. Funcom said that you shuoldn't do PvP Mech vs Player.

I don't see any hits from Kaboombastik at all in that screenshot, can a mech not attack a player back or something?

Mech can attack player, but the scout mech does not hit very hard at all (against a player).

I tested out the pre-order mech yesterday...

Can't cast nanos while in the mech, can't use your own weapons (and I assume no perk attacks either), runspeed is a joke.

I imagine these POS's are just in there to give pre-order people something to "show off" while the "real" mechs get researched...

Yeah, thats why they atleast could make them available at launch. As always, most preorder items are pos. Jobe lux apt is pretty, but not many use them unless you have one close to a SL portal and can benefit from having grid-access there. The leets are the most useful and cutest preorder gift so far imho. I'll stick to my yalm :)
