[Obsidian Order] The upkeep for your organization housing has not been paid. The advantages you receive from the houses will be disabled in 14 day(s) (on 21. March - 04:14), and after additional 15 days (on 05. April - 04:14) you will loose all your houses and the land area if you dont pay using your city controller.

Grader got an A- or B+him/herself... should be a question mark at the end, not a period. Also I believe there should be a comma after Yeah at the start of the sentence.
